We’ve got an area to watch for #cyclone development in the #SouthPacific…
Thunderstorms are growing in number and size from the #SolomonIslands, through #Vanuatu, #NewCaledonia, #Fiji, #Tonga, #Samoa, and #FrenchPolynesia.
A cyclone could spin up south of Fiji but I don’t believe it will move over the Fiji group. Instead it will likely move south after forming the third week of January.
I will continue updates and check comments for questions. Feel free to share photos in the comments of how the weather looks today or through this week. I’ll be traveling so just be patient as I am flying on planes unable to keep up.
